"‘Go where the locals go’. Even though Break+Feast is a brand new restaraunt, it regularly came up in conversation with locals about the best place to eat breakfast. Their food is incredibly fresh and carefully crafted. Despite a lot of variety it is a tight menu. Their South Side Spice cocktail is refreshing with incredible bite (a dream for anyone like me who enjoys ginger beer cocktails). Even though it isn’t a traditional breakfast item, the bacon wrapped dates are spectacular. I got the Pork Hash and Fried Rice, while my wife got the Loco Moco with ginger fried chicken and coconut cream. We split one Lilikoi pancake (an absolute must). Everything was spectacular and we will be back tomorrow morning for round 2!"

"Food here was phenomenal! Ate here twice and we are picky foodies. The first time, I had the Green Eggs and Pork Belly (Chimichurri over egg and pork belly) Second time, I got the Lilikoi pancakes with macadamia nuts. I cannot say how mouthwatering each item was. LOVED it!! Only complaint would be that the place could use some sound absorbent tiles. It is a bit noisy in there."

"Loved our breakfast here! You can choose your loco moco protein - the chicken thigh was huge! The pancakes are very fluffy and the green chili skillet was top notch as well. The volume was a bit loud but the food makes it worth a visit for sure."

"Came here for brunch with some girl friends. The food was SOOO GOOD! And really good portions as well. First off, we all shared the Lilikoi pancakes, and they were unbelievably FLUFFY. Most restaurant pancakes taste like Bisquick, but these tasted homemade. I had the Pork Hash & Fried Rice and WOW. Sooo delicious, and a generous portion! We shared coffee from a French press, which I thought was unique. Our water glasses were always full and our server was warm & friendly. It was a little loud inside but otherwise a great experience. Would return & recommend this place without a doubt!"

"The best breakfast and the best brunch in Koloa, Poipu, and heck — the whole island. Run by a local family whose roots go way back on the island, each dish is super inspired and elevated and all comes from local recipes their own family made. Got the pork belly, Mediterranean toast, umami pastrami, and fried rice (and a few cocktails). I promise you each dish is ridiculously good and unlike anything you’ve had. Servers are super attentive and friendly, and you won’t view any other brunch place the same after seeing what’s possible here. Best brunch on Kauai? Definitely."
