"This is a walk-up, with tables outside. The sandwiches (choice of around 10) are truly amazing, and *hearty*. Some of our group ate half and saved rest for later. Highly recommended for lunch. Enjoyed the fun, engaging order taker too ! Note: they evidently get a lot of call ahead orders, so when you place order don't be surprised if they say it'll be 20 or so minutes to get your order! Just chill and enjoy the surrounds...hey, you're on Kauai,!"
"Fresh! The sandwiches are so good and so fresh! Like others, Courtney the owner took our order and is the nicest, friendliest, most courteous person. The sandwiches are delicious. We got the Makai and Surfer (modified). The owner came out while we were eating to ensure that we were enjoying our food. We were. Mahalo!"
"What a find!! Courtney is a delight - with her inventive sandwiches sourced using local ingredients to back it up. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the food even better. I highly recommend the breakfast bagels if you can manage to get there before she sells out."
"Had lunch there earlier today and met the owner. She was extremely helpful and suggested the New Yorker (pastrami and cheese.. yum) and the pesto (Turkey, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, handmade macadamia nut basil pesto, lemon aioli on local wheat). Both sandwiches were made fresh and very filling. If you’re staying in Princeville, check this place out!"
