"Touching up trim and patio wall for stucco siding using previous color match from Kelly-Moore. Ran out of product with half of wall completed! Attempt to purchase 2 more gallons only to find out supply chain affected; resulting in no product using the base tint I needed( Oxford Brown) in Satin. Yikes!! Required colors by HOA so changing color not an option. Kudos to Addie! She was on the phone calling other stores in their district as well as looking up availability at stores in Truckee, Tahoe and Sacramento! Addie offered alternatives ( unfortunately not an option as I didn't want to repaint with a different sheen nor could I change colors without an involved process with our HOA). She located 4 gallons in Sacramento but travel expenses nixed that idea. Final solution was to purchase 5 gallon which WAS available but at the other Reno location. Didn't even consider that idea. She asked them to go ahead and mix it so I wouldn't have to wait when I arrived. Turned out I used three gallons to finish up my project and can use the rest when I finally feel up to tackling 2nd floor window sills. I am just grateful for the assistance Addie provided that saved me so much time due to my poor planning! I was so impressed with Addie's positive attitude and willingness to help me. Over and beyond!"
