"Long story short I purchased over $8k worth of windows from this company 5 years ago and when it was time for them to honor their warranty they denied me. The customer service is awful. You will have to call them repeatedly and I mean for weeks possibly months to get any follow through. Stay far away from this company. If you want my full review I put it on yelp. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. You’ve been warned."

"I signed up with this company, US energy windows. One week later they came out with advertisement six windows highbred windows for $4600. They charge me $4400 for three windows wooden stand behind their ad with me and wouldn’t return my phone call when I left a message. I gave them $200 down for the windows when I signed the contract a week later they’re telling me seeing that I canceled the contract with them. I owe them another $250 for canceling. They said the standard windows that I ordered were already cut not going to pay it don’t go with this company they don’t stand behind their word or return your phone calls, the only time they return your phone call is if you want them to come out and give you an estimate glad I didn’t go with them because if I had a problem in the future, I would never hear back from them unless I called the Better Business Bureau. Think twice before you go with this company and read all the bad reviews."

"Purchased French doors and windows from them in early 2021 with no real issues. It took a while to install but that is understood as it is Milgard and worth the wait. The install team was great and for the most part everything ran smoothly. After purchasing windows from them this second time around, my experience has not been ao good. It still took about 3 months longer than their estimated time, but again no complaints. The office staff is nice but had to contact them myself for regular updates. When the install people arrived, they then knew we were going through a total remodel on our bathroom and then seemed as if they wanted to leave out out the vinyl around the windows that is included because we were putting new tile around the space. I informed them to just do what was planned and if we needed to change anything about the vinyl, our contractor would be fine doing that. When the windows were installed, it was clear that the windows may have been a little small for the space (but what can we do as we have already waited 6months and needed to finish our remodel). They kept pushing me to not do the vinyl because they said it would look weird and we could just put tile. At the end of the day, I signed off because they kept saying how funny it would look if they added the vinyl. When my contracted came, they noted the windows are around an inch too small and wondered why they didn’t put the vinyl. I contacted the office and sent them the pictures I added today. They had me speak to the manager, or owner, don’t know as the guy didn’t say his name but just said “what’s going on” like I was an inconvenience. He right off the bat told me the windows weren’t small and I was the one who told the install guys to not do the vinyl, without even hearing my side. Once I told him more of the story, he was more understanding at the end and offered the vinyl or a gift card. Ended up having my contractor do it, as we are on a deadline. The whole situation and how it was handled has left me a bad taste in my mouth, especially being a returning customer and spending about $13,000 with them. Something that could have easily been fixed was ruined by the owner or the manager, and will now seek Milgard windows from others or maybe another manufacturer."

"David Talsky, the salesman responded quickly, turned up promptly and was not pushy. He explained the retrofit product and offered small changes that made a big difference. The price was within our budget without the need to go elsewhere. Following a detailed measure the 18 windows and slider were delivered and installed within 2 weeks. The install crew were friendly, and efficient, cleaning up perfectly after a long and busy day. The product offers great value and has transformed our 20year old home. I would gladly recommend them to anyone."
