"HORRIBLE. JUST HORRIBLE! I read google reviews before I visited Dr.Saad’s office. After just 2 visits, I totally agree why she got 2 ⭐️ reviews. I wish I can take my child somewhere else. This practice devalues patients time and only emphasizes how important their time is. Every appointment is a joke- you wait over 1hour to see Doctor, then she comes for max 5 minutes!! Today, she came with a male resident student and casually check my kid’s private part in front of him without asking my consent! This Doctor sees her patient as a diagnosis/money instead of a child. This practice is careless, incompetent, and over booked for your child’s life. Avoid it if you can!!!"

"Dr. Rola Saad is amazing. Most of the time, the office staff is great!! It does take a while for them to get to you on the phone, but when they do, they answer your questions or solve your problems. Which is what I need. Waiting 10 minutes on hold is worth it for my child. Dr. Saad takes her time with my son and asks a lot of questions. She's knowledgeable on even the most rarest conditions. Highly recommend her as a pediatric endocrinologist!!"

"If I could leave a zero star review I would. My daughter is now 8. We have known she has Turners Syndrome since she was a newborn. She has been a patient here since she was 4 months old. They never answer the phone. When you are lucky enough to get a return call, you can't get an appointment for more than half a year. When your appt comes, you wait for hours to be seen. Dr. Saad has always treated her like a diagnosis and not a patient. When she actually comes into the room she is there for minutes. The blood draw rolled my daughters veins and I have never allowed them to do her bloodwork since. I get that done elsewhere. Endocrinology is supposed to be the biggest part of my daughters medical journey, yet in 8 years she has been seen 4 times. We finally left the practice when I called for her bi-annual appt (which I now find out should have been every 6 months not every 2 years) and they tell me she is not enrolled as a patient there! Say what?! The incompetance is unreal."

"Terrible terrible terrible. 2nd time they have not sent my sons PA. 2 weeks later and insurance still has nothing. I firmly believe that everyone who has left a review of 3 stars or less should complain to the board of medicine on her office behavior and their inability to provide adequate medical care in a timely manner. THESE ARE KIDS' LIVES!!"

"Great experience! Long wait for doctor, but everything else was wonderful. EDIT: After going to Dr. Saad for a while, I have decided to change this to a solid 5 star rating. Dr. Saad is incredibly caring and takes every single one of your concerns very seriously. She is extremely knowledgeable, even about my son's moderately rare disease. Anytime I had an urgent question, she would be on the phone with me in less than 24 hours. I have never met a doctor that has done that. Dr. Saad is one of the best doctors I have ever met. She has always made me feel heard and never let me leave her office without adequate information and time with her. Highly, highly suggest taking your child to this wonderful person."
