Pro Desk at The Home Depot 6025 South Pecos Road, Las Vegas, NV 89120

"I walked up to the pro desk at about 6:10pm on 11/19/2020 and inquired about bed risers and the blond lady stationed there immediately stated that there was no such thing in the store. I mentioned that the website said they were and her and the other associate standing there stated the website is wrong all the time (I've been using the website for years and its always been completely accurate...). The lady behind the desk seemed hyper focused on proving it wasn't in the store then got on the telephone and was talking to someone in the background, and in that conversation started leading the person on the other end to say that there was no such thing here, at that point I became frustrated with the lack of help and just walked away to the isle I thought they would be on. A young man who works for Home Depot on that isle helped me and looked the item up, turned out it was right by where we were standing. I'm just saying maybe you should put people behind the pro desk that are focused on helping the customer instead of hindering them."
