"Love my new floors. There were a few glitches during the installations of tile and carpet but overall it was a successful experience. We worked through the glitches and the floors are beautiful. Installers were all good at working through the process. We had to postpone the installation from May to October and Cindy was very good at accommodating that situation. Thank you."
"Thank you so much to Tim who prepped our floors with Kilz today! He was on time, professional, nice, communicative, and efficient. The entire process with the office and Tammy seamless. I'm so happy we got this done in our old house. It already made a huge difference in the smell of the old cat rooms. It needs about 12 hours to set, then it will be ready for the carpets. Thank you to Angela, who estimated the flooring, which was affordable using the in-stock carpeting. We were able to get the prep and install scheduled before the Thanksgiving holiday, when my stepson and his family will be moving in. I'm looking forward to the carpeting installation on Monday!"
