"Would've been 5 stars but 2 things. 1. My speakers started failing 4 days after purchasing my 2024 Envista. This was called in to the dealership. The service appointment said I would have to schedule with a different department at another time to address this. 2. While appreciated them rotating my tires as part of the service, they did not appear to rebalance the tires or do anything with the alignment so now I have a slight right hand pull."

"It’s been one of my worst experiences dealing with a company. Corporate has a claim opened due to them not being able to fix a damaged vehicle they sold me. They also drove the vehicle 150 miles and a scratched my bumper. All to which has been documented and General Motors them selfs has made a claim with Auto nation. James is not a reputable or knowledgeable service writer and is so rude the 4 times this new 2024 Denali ultimate been in there shop. They had my vehicle 4 times and failed to fix they actually made it worse. I have requested to have there general manager call me and still to this day have not received any calls or attempts to fix the damaged vehicle new at that with the best warranty available. I highly do not recommend this company to buy a vehicle from or to have them service the vehicle. 4 times the truck say for 2-3 week intervals and they didn’t even change the oil until after the mileage was way over as well had to scream and yell to get my oil changed when they was I possession of the vehicle. There’s so many issues that words can not describe to the public how unprofessional and unproductive this company is. Very incompetent and disssatisfied!!!"

"The service that I received on my GMC Sierra truck was outstanding. Ron, whom was my service representative was outstanding. He explained to me what was needed for servicing my truck. Next time I'm there for service, I will request him. A BIG outstanding goes to you, Ron."

"Every time I come to this GMC service it gets worse and worse. Three hour wait for an oil change with an appointment is outrageous. Jacob applied my rewards to my account but then still charges me full amount. States I will get a credit back never did. Tried to call and I get the run around. At this point just keep the $25. It’s just way too stressful to come to this establishment anymore. I will be going to the Chevy Express from now on. It saddens me that the service is this way with such Awesome cars."

"Very professional staff and easy buying experience. Nathan Babb was wonderful to work with and Manager and Finance manager both very professional and cordial. No high pressure here. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking to purchase a car. My buying a used car here was a very positive experience."
