"My experience was not good. I paid a deposit for worked to be done and was given a 3 week deadline. One worker died, then another. My car was there over 3 months and any and all communication was initiated by me. I brought parts certified to fit by their manufacturer but was told that the fit and finish issues were because I purchased substandard parts. When I finally did receive my car back, there was overspray all over the car. The glass had to be scraped clear by myself. I had to get and oil change and realized the core support I brought to Rick, wasn't even used in the repair which he said it was. My blower motor was constantly running, which was working fine when I dropped it off, and I ended up replacing. The cruise control stalk was broken to which Rick said "it was broken when it got here" I also had that replaced out of pocket. The hood emblem was glued on in such a ridiculous manner, that the adhesive ran from under the emblem and dried down the hood. Also, about a month or so after, the left side fender liner came off on the freeway because it was tucked in and not properly secured. Originally the entire car was supposed to be repainted but in the end, it was only spot repaired. A member of my family had passed away during this 109 day ordeal. One which I told him I was trying to make it to see. The car only looks good from 15 feet away."
"Took my new (new to me) Journey to Rick for Transmission and Motor Mounts, and to replace 4 Struts. Rick and the guys took great care of my baby and she rides great now! Prices are fair . I will definitely be back!"
