"This is a great business. Victor is very nice, knowledgeable and approachable, and he is a straight shooter. It's wonderful to have dealer alternatives in the neighborhood who don't rip you off and actually provide a good place to service your BMW. I have a 2022 7-Series, and this is the only shop I would take it to. They use original BMW parts, follow all factory recommendations, and the pricing is better than the dealer. What's not to like?"
