"Exceedingly Excellent Sales Service! It not very often you can say that after purchasing a used vehicle! A big thank you to Jordan Waugh for guiding us through the purchase and trade-in process. Jordan is a great communicator and was on top of everything involved with the trade-in, purchase agreement for the truck and having the truck ready when we arrived for our inspection and hand-over. Purchasing a vehicle can be a somewhat stressful event; however, Jordan made the process smooth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend contacting Jordan if you are in the market for a used vehicle. Additionally, I was and continue to be very impressed with the dealership service department and their attention to detail in preparing the used vehicle for resale. All the employees we have interfaced with are top notch, especially Jordan and Sarah, the Finance Manager who really knows the finance part of the business and was super helpful with the Vehicle Service Agreement. "WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Customer service is definitely not their strong suit in the service department. Walter (service advisor) is the worst. He states he will give you updates on the car when its in the shop, however, never calls. You have to call him. Have had to take our car into this shop at least 11 times in the past 3 years. It has always been a struggle. This last time we noticed something (not going into details) and I had to get to a service manager. Jason (service manager) states, "yes, I will look into it and get back to you. Low and behold, he never did!! I do not recommend this place for service whatsoever. Also, NEVER purchase a Jaguar. They are the crappiest cars. To pay the amount of money you pay and have to have repaired at least every other month and shell out almost $10K for repairs, they are not worth it at all."

"From start to finish the people at Jaguar/Land Rover in Henderson have it dialed in and we had a great sales experience! Even though I purchased a used non-Jaguar/Rover they still gave me the royal treatment. My sales rep Jordan and his finance guy Corbin made the entire process quick and flawless and I can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond to make the experience painless. From their no-stress sales plan to great communication this was an overall great experience and if google would allow for more than 5 stars I’d give them that!"

"Buying a new car these days is nightmare, except with Jaguar Henderson. Porsche, Mercedes, BMW, Maserati, Audi all wanted a "Market Adjustment" of several thousands of dollars, which I refused to pay. Our salesperson, Phillip Zamarron treated us with respect and never even suggested charging a Market Adjustment for our new F-Type R. Phil made this buying process a pleasure and we love our new car."

Once we decided to buy the vehicle they had it fully detailed and ready for us by the time the paper work was done. They went above and beyond in allowing my wife to use an unused conference room for a meeting that was unexpected, it’s so nice dealing with people that understand the inner workings of life!
