"I'm very apprehensive when it comes to getting my truck serviced. And don't know too much about vehicles. My brother is a mechanic and recommended this place and their great service. That being said I was pleasantly surprised that the service was as great as my brother said. Juan listened to all my concerns and answered any questions I had. He went over the products I asked for like what would be best and their longevity. He was friendly and informative. Ultimately I was able to make good decisions on my truck. "I've been going to this location and others for many years before it turned into a Valvoline oil service facility and the service is still great and hopefully we'll see more personalized customer service offering water while you sit in your vechical especially in the summer months or coffee or hot chocolate in the winter months, but overall great wow customer service from Josh and his team there."
