"DO NOT GET SCAMMED HERE! We we referred to this shop by Henderson Chevrolet. (Huge mistake) Not only was the quote more than doubled by the end of repair, but all repairs were NOT completed, & additional damage occurred by the shop breaking our passenger side mirror in half and then taping it up with black tape to where it is totally unusable. When shop was contacted about the damage, first we were told it was like that already when we brought it in ( It wasnt, the plastic part around the mirror was loose, the mirror itself was still fully secure and in full working, usable condition with no defects) Then 2 days later, we received a call from receptionist, who apologized & said the technician had broke it during the road test. I told her that I appreciated the call and would be in soon to address that and other issues we were having still, even after repairs were done. She said no problem. That was not the case. 3 weeks later, when we took it back, I was told by the shop "foreman" that the mirror fell off during a road test, and it would have fallen off no matter who was driving it! WHAT??? I said mirror's don't just fall off of trucks. That's when he told me, " The mirror was already broken, and they were NOT fixing it even though we were notified in a phone call it was their fault and would be handled. I asked to make an appointment to speak with the owner, and I was told, "You are not talking to the owner, and we are not fixing the mirror." Our $7000 quote was over $13,000 at pick up. You would think a $180 mirror that they completely ruined would not be this big an issue to Imperial. Especially if it would ensure excellent customer service to a client who has spent 13k with them. Clearly, they do not appreciate or expect returning customers. Some of the repairs we paid for were not done at all or not properly. We needed a loose steering issue repaired. Paid Imperial for alignment (Twice), and steering column repairs including new gear box) Now, steering wheel is crooked 1-2 inches to the left, and truck pulls to the right. I was informed by Imperial foreman "thats just the nature of the beast and I gotta put more effort into steering."( I guess the $2000 of steering repairs they did didn't help!) I drive a F150 and a mazda 5 speed with a v6 engine on a daily basis other than this Tahoe, I can steer just fine sir. It seems like they didn't want to take time to adjust the toe or tie end rods correctly and make sure the column was straight. Having profoundly rude and unprofessional conversations with both the receptionist and shop foreman was enough for me to take my business and $ elsewhere. I still have other repairs on this Tahoe and have 3 other vehicles. I will not be coming to IMPERIAL AUTO again."

"Very skilled and honest group of mechanics and owners, they found my Rubicon's issue that not even OnlyJeeps on Sahara Blvd ever detected!! (got my Rubicon from this dealership) I do Ultra recommend Imperial Auto shop. BTW: STAY AWAY from OnlyJeeps dealership on Sahara Blvd. Las Vegas!! Not to trust anyone there! Deceiving and liars."

"I’m writing this review to save you from losing the time and money that I lost here. I brought my van here to be repaired twice. The first time I brought it in here Nov 25 for a fuel leak. I left, they said it was repaired & it wasn’t fixed and when I drove away that day the coolant was leaking so severely that the engine overheated the day I drove away. I brought it back on Dec 28 for an additional fuel filter repair they said were needed from the last visit (big mistake). My van wasn’t repaired and ready to leave the shop until Feb 10th and the day I left the shop that day the van broke down 3 times. The fuel was leaking and the engine overheated again. There were multiple days that went by that my call/voicmails weren’t returned, the woman at the front desk was very short and rude to me. She would pass me off to the technician to explain what was happening, it was very clear that they didn’t know what was wrong with the van. Come to find out the van wouldn’t start for a few weeks and they hired a technician to fix the van but it took weeks for him to actually be there. They weren’t transparent about what was happening which lead me to lose over a month of business, their repairs cost me $5,872 and now the van doesn’t run. I never want someone to endure the stress, anxiety, unanswered voicemails, rude treatment or flat out robbery this place has left me with. Photos added with dates of both days I left the shop and what occurred. I pray you take you vehicle to a trusted mechanic and avoid this place at all costs."
