Enterprise Rent-A-Car

"We rented a 4WD at Enterprise in Reno, and drove up to South Lake Tahoe. We SPECIFICALYY reserved, requested, and reminded Enterprise in Reno that we needed a 4WD. When we arrived in South Lake Tahoe at 5 PM on a Friday, we realized it was a 2WD and a major snowstorm was starting. We hurried to Enterprise in South Lake Tahoe where Tim, the manager, went way above and beyond the call of duty to procure us a 4WD. He drove us to the Stateline Enterprise location where there was one available 4WD, and he made sure that we got in it. Had it not been for Tim, we would have been stuck in a hotel for days because the 2WD given to us in Reno was not able to go up the slick streets to our home. Tim literally saved not only our day, but our entire vacation."

"Cant recommend highly enough! All the staff are brilliant, especially Tim, what a gentleman. A group of 5 of us were in the US for the summer from Ireland and stayed in lake tahoe for 4 days. We had initially rented a small 5 seater for a trip to Yosemite but had to bring it back as the engine was making some noises and we didn't want to risk breaking down on the drive. We brought the car back and were upgraded vehicle no questions asked for no extra cost. We kept this car for a few days and had enquired about bringing it to San Francisco (our next stop) and dropping it off there but someone else had it booked. Meanwhile Tim was HUNTING for another car that would fit our requirements that we could bring to San Francisco. Without fail, he pulled through and was able to swap out the car we had for one that fit all of us and our luggage for the trip. Any issues we had I was able to call up Tim and he would help us out.
