"Great experience with Jim Bagan Toyota. I was in the market for a Highlander Limited Hybrid. There are very few available. I'm in Utah and most vehicles are spoken for long before arriving at the dealership. Most dealers are also charging a market adjustment. I searched with a 500 mile radius and queried the dealers about availability of cars that interested me. Mark Shehadi called me and asked if I wanted the Platinum Hybrid they had. When he told me the particulars and no market adjustment I said yes. I told him I would be flying in from Utah so he said they'd pick me up at the Reno airport, which they did. The GM was also great. They took my check and I was driving home in no time. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. I've bought more than 30 new cars in the last 40 years and I've never had such a great experience. It was worth the flight and long drive home. I love the car, and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Thanks guys."
