"My wife and I decided on a last minute trip to Lake Tahoe over the weekend. The name-brand car rentals at Truckee airport are closed on the weekends. Called Go-Rental Saturday late-afternoon and Brian got in touch with me immediately. On Sunday morning when we arrived, a brand new Toyota RAV4 was delivered right to our plane. Everything was perfect - including bottled water and a hand-written note of thanks. Brian Santos handed me the keys and we were on our way in minutes. "On Friday night on our way to Truckee, my tire was punctured. The inflatable spare was only good for 30 miles. I called around for rental cars and everyone was closed. Go Rentals called me back on Friday night and assured me I would be contacted Saturday Morning. First thing Saturday morning Brian called, he was professional and had a truck available. It was snowing so no Ubers, Lyft or taxis were available to get to the rental office. For a fee, Brian came to pick us up to get the truck. The rental process was very easy and Brian was very accommodating. He checked in with us on Monday to see how we were doing obtaining the new tire. On Tuesday we returned the truck, with a very easy drop off. The customer service and professionalism was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this business and will use them in the future."
