I was just pulling into Truckee when all of my engine lights flashed on; I suspected a valve body needed to be replaced on my Subaru, so I called a couple places in town. Ward & Sons won me over immediately - their team is so incredibly kind, helpful and responsive. When I explained I needed to get back on the road as soon as possible, Danielle made a quick call to Subaru and was miraculously able to have authentic Subaru parts delivered same day, with my car back up and running by around noon the following day, with regular text updates. She even came by to specifically introduce herself when I brought the car in. I could tell that they really CARED to help me. They were honest, straightforward and just so friendly - didn’t try to upcharge or upsell me at all, just offered good advice and great work. I’ll come back for all of my future car needs!!
