"I originally dropped by in person on Dec 22 to get a quote to have dents / dings repaired on my 2016 Audi All Road. Was promised to receive a quote, via e mail, after Christmas. Never came. Followed up by phone call on Jan 16 and was promised a quote / return call by end of week. Never came. Called again Feb 2 and Feb 5 and always promised a call back / quote…but never happened, never got a return call or any follow up. Never received one call back, e mail or follow up despite assurances and promises. So, I give up and reluctantly post this one star review."
