"Brought some iron shafts here to get installed. Very non standard build length since I’m quite tall and having back problems. Intake process is great but somehow the note to leave shafts uncut didn’t make it to the build team. They got cut to standard length which is like playing junior clubs for me. I called them and they immediately offered to make it right. Thank you Chris, Lee and Brian for the great build."

"Manager was super disrespectful and a jerk to me. I brought In my personal putter to compare with a putter I was interested in buying and he said I would need to pay $15 to use their "practice facilities". As if there's not 2 golf courses within 10 minutes that I could've practiced at. Maybe he didn't understand that I was interested in buying or maybe he was slow who knows. He also tried to have an employee watch me at the putting green like I was a criminal or something. I'll be contacting corporate about this event"
