"I was on the phone on hold for one hour what kind of service is this what’s up with the closing time? they supposed to close at 8 PM but by 7:30 -7:45 pm the door is closed maybe change the closing time to seven so we don’t have to make a trip for nothing. ID became required in case it were ID is not required you wanna put money in a Visa card? why you need ID for that? That doesn’t make no sense Even the Fee for five dollars doesn’t make any sense either."

"These two pharmacists by the name of Julie and John were being very disrespectful and rude. Julie doesn’t know how to talk to customers that are in need of their day to day medications. She kept slamming the window and yelling. All we wanted was my medications that were paid for and ready to be given to me. She couldn’t complete a sentence without yelling. She doesn’t deserve to help people. She needs to learn how to talk to people while she’s working. She don’t need to work at a place that’s there to help people. John himself wasn’t helpful at all. He couldn’t help a customer with getting their medications. He hung up the phone while a customer was talking, was getting smart he asking to be put on my google review. AND I DID! JULIE AND JOHN DONT DESERVE TO WORK HERE! I hope they get fired!"

"This particular location is decent. It helps me fulfill some of my cravings for pizza or coffee and they accept EBT. The lines at the pharmacy can be terrible and they seem to move very slow. (I have a lot of issues with the app and website as well, though I can't know if that's tied to this location in any way.)"
