"A lot of the pharmacy type products are in locked cabinets and when you press the buzzer for help nobody cares. Also the website says "beer and wine" but they haven't had that since COVID. Finally I bought a bowl of salad, and I asked where the plastic cutlery was, and they told me they don't have any. So I handed it back. Very frustrating all round."
