"Attempted to get Covid vaccine which I scheduled a week prior. Showed up for a 10 am appointment to be told my insurance wouldn’t cover the vaccine. there were multiple ways for this to be handled prior much better. Letting people know which insurances are covered or not prior to appointment being It seems to me. CVS isn’t really concerned with getting people vaccinated."

"Terrible employees went in for simple flu shot and every employee in pharmacy treated me terribly for not making an appt, being very snippy and obviously obnoxious. lol don’t understand how hard it is do your job you’re paid for but hey I’m not the manager."

"Scheduled a strep test for my kid because it was closer than his pediatrician. Then, they didn’t tell us that the PA was sick. Instead, the store left us waiting for 45 minutes as they tried to figure it out. Now we can’t get an appointment anywhere today unless we go to urgent care."

"Pharmacy staff doesn't seem knowledgeable about their job. When I picked up my prescription they only gave me one of the two medications I had been prescribed. I would recommend filling perceptions elsewhere. I won't take a risk with my health here again!"

"The pharmacy seems consistently busy, but they always have my prescriptions ready as needed. I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than 10 minutes. Everyone I’ve worked with there may seem a bit tuckered out, but I think they’re understaffed. However, they’re ALWAYS polite, nice, and professional. Oftentimes, I can get prescriptions filled here that are sometimes out at other pharmacies."
