"This place is great. I’ve been there twice and both the employees that helped me were so kind and helpful. I went in the most recent time to have my cracked screen replaced and he told me price without insurance, then asked if I had it and to find out because the insurance would cover most the cost. Thankfully he suggested that because I did have insurance and it cost me nearly nothing to fix. Most places will take your money. These employees truly help and care. Last time I went was for a new battery for an iPad. Had it done quick and was truly the best customer service experience of any place I’ve been to. Always coming here for repairs and replacements."

"My experience with this shop was the best. I recently moved here & needed to find a cell phone repair place. I had attempted to do my own screen repair on my iPhone 8+ and it wasn’t my best idea. Not at all! So I came to CPR a week ago with my phone in a ziploc bag for help with this. Gary was very friendly, and made things right and at a fair price. He did it ASAP and handed me my phone on time as promised. What a great feeling to see my phone in one piece again and working as it should! A perfect experience in every sense! Then today I was having an issue related to my battery. I use my phone for work so I needed help with this ASAP. I went down to the store and again a great experience . He was able to check it out for me within the hour so I didn’t have to run back/forth, as he knew I came from Boulder City. Which was so appreciated!! Turned out to be a very minor issue, and I was on my way back to work thanks to Gary. I have a secondary phone that needs a new battery soon, I will be coming back here to get it done. This will be my go to cell phone repair shop in this area. I can recommend them based on my experience!"

"I can tell this company is great. I had a very important research project I needed to upload/sync to that I could upload the progress I made during the flight and continue working in the car for the next few hours. None of the stores nearby let me use their wifi (and some just didn't have wifi). But when I asked the man at this store he made 0 fuss about it and just took my computer and helped me connect immediately. I am very grateful for his kindness and was able to do 5 hours of productive work in the car after syncing-critical work to meet an important deadline. If I had a problem with my phone this is definitely where I would go."
