Ole Tyme Saloon is a cozy and inviting bar located at 1505 Geiger Grade Road in Reno, Nevada. Originally built in 1975 as a Rock shop, the building was converted into a bar in 1977 and has been a beloved neighborhood tavern since 1995. Our mission is to provide a safe, clean, and friendly environment for our patrons.
Known as the gateway to Virginia City, Ole Tyme Saloon is a place where friends and neighbors gather to socialize and unwind. Our establishment has been affectionately referred to as the "neighborhood community center" by our loyal customers. "Fun casual bar with a jukebox, pool table and cold beer. My only concern was that it was cash only. I understand the decision of an owner to operate in this way but I do not have cash typically like many folks. Paying a fee to withdraw cash is a bummer in 2022."
