Clearwater / Pleasant Regional Park is a beautiful 210-acre park located between Clearwater and Pleasant Lakes in Annandale, Minnesota. This popular tourist attraction offers a variety of amenities for visitors to enjoy, including a reservable shelter, a sandy swimming beach, a playground, 2 miles of paved trails for all-season use, a picnic area, parking, a fishing pier, a sand volleyball court, horseshoe pits, modern restrooms, and an 18-hole disc golf area.
One of the highlights of the park is the off-leash pet area, where dogs can run and play freely. This area is un-fenced, so owners are reminded to keep a close eye on their pets. The off-leash area features a short trail and a large open space for playing fetch. Access to this area is available through the Disc Golf parking lot.
While pets are welcome in most areas of the park, they are not allowed on the beach, in park buildings, or in the day use picnic area. Pets should be kept on a leash no longer than six feet and owners are expected to clean up after their pets. "Nice, clear lake. Not too many people when we went yesterday (on a Saturday). Has a playground for the kids, restroom and changing rooms for male and female, a rinse off spot, volleyball net and spaces to set up for cornhole and etc as well. Plenty of shaded areas along with sunny. Barbecue areas and picnic tables. It is a smaller beach though. Also, no boat landing. You have to go down the road a block or 2 to get to the boat landing."
"I could not find access to Clearwater Lake from this park. Although it does, go down to the Lake There is no clear path and a very steep bank. On the Clearwater side, there's a very nice disk golf course that seems to be busy most of the time."
"Lovely, walked in the clear water. There are clean bathrooms. Plenty of benches, trees for shade, picnic tables, kids playground. Easy to get to. We will go back again."

"A great family park. The beach, playground, and walking trail make it a great get away. Always well maintained and facilities are open in the summer. I go here several times a week to walk, this was my kids favorite beach to go to . Check it out!"
