"I took the kids in for ice cream and decided to treat myself to a berry smoothie. It tasted like I was drinking a fake sugary syrup drink. I checked their ingredients when I got home sugar is the first ingredient on the list and then sugar syrup is listed as the second ingredient for the yogurt sandwiched between 2 different types of milk. Also flavors added. Not exactly the healthy alternative to the ice cream I was expecting. The ice cream was probably better."
