"Does not return calls or answer the phone. I have tried over 10 times in the past 2 weeks."

"We used this company for a couple years, and we had to prepare for the cleaners to come because they would leave a mess on all of our appliances. No call no show the first time was ok because they followed up on Monday and told us they were sorry. Second time, no call, no show, no follow-up now looking for another company. A simple apology would have kept us as customers. Our time is valuable and we always had hood cleaning on Sundays (our day off). For Nevada Exhaust not to show up or call us for the second time is unacceptable."

"The last time we used these guys, they did really bad job at cleaning the hood it was left misty, foggy not clean at all! And none of the appliances were clean like the previous time! We reached out to the owner leaving text messages and even sending pictures never could get a hold of him! Called the office they literally tried to come the next morning during lunch! Knowing well that wasn’t in now way possible! They just stopped answering our calls to reschedule anything!"
