"Had an appointment for Monday between 9 and 11am. Got a call at 9:15 saying he had to cancel because of a family issue. He then rescheduled me for Thursday at 9am. Said he will for sure be there and was 100% going to make that appointment. I took time off of work to make this appointment on Thursday. Thursday 9am rolls around, and nothing..... 10am comes, and not a word. Gave him until 11am thinking maybe he was doing the 9 to 11 type of schedule, Not a peep. No call no show! I really needed my deep freeze working this week. Now I can't get the meat I was going to order, and I have to find another repair person. So unhappy with Coebra Appliance."

"Owner came promptly to determine why our 10 year old Bosch refrigerator was not working. He pulled it out of it’s location, vacuumed the coils and did a visual inspection. I had done a hard reset the night before and the fridge was operational in the morning but shortly after the tech left later in the day, it quit again and no amount of resetting and pushing buttons would revive it. Darn intermittent issues. A reasonable charge for cleaning and evaluation. Recommended."

"Stop looking and just call Brandon. My large Frigidaire upright freezer, we keep in our garage, was not working properly. I searched online for a replacement freezer and found the cost to be near a thousand dollars. I'm glad I went with Coebra as it was a fraction of the cost of a new one. Called Brandon on Wednesday and he came out next day at the time promised. From testing, retrieving parts, completing the job to tightening up the handle and other minor items, the freezer was fixed same day. I thought this type of customer service was a thing of the past but Brandon's got it! Thanks for the quick and quality fix!!!"

"Just had the best experience using Coebra Appliance Repair. I left a vm for Brandon at about 2pm on Monday. He called within an hour to schedule an appointment to look at my dishwasher which was cycling incorrectly. I wasn’t available on Tuesday so we scheduled the appointment for Wednesday within a 2 hour window 9-11. Brandon called me at about 9:30 to let me know he'd be at my house in about 15 mins. He went thru the dishwasher and got it working. He is fast, efficient and reasonable prices! I highly recommend him for your appliance repair needs!!!"
