"It is so sad that they are putting a dishwasher in my home but required my elderly mother to get on her hands and knees to clean out the space before they would put the new one in. Then you would think as men that they would at least help her off the ground when having a had time getting up!!!!!!!!.......... BUT NOPE JUST STOOD THERE UNTIL SHE GOT HERSELF UP!!!"
"Tech Disconnected my dryer to assist in diagnosis of issue. Left and refused to come back to reconnect. Owner said I had to pay to have pay my vent professionally cleaned out ( which was clean and not the issue) before they would come back to reconnect. Not a good customer experience. They never came back."
"Very unprofessional, answered the phone with ZERO professionalism, extremely unAmerican, didn't wish to speak with me regarding my concern. And wonder why they are getting more and more 1 to 0 star ratings."
"The Appliance Store took good care of our needs. They are honest and give excellent service and value. Even refurbished appliances get a one year warranty. Thanks again!"
"My landlord called this company out 3 times so far to fix my dryer. I told the repair man that the heating element does not work. It only stays on high and burns out after a year. so this time after replacing the same part for the 3rd time, he wrote to my landlord I shoved the dryer all the way back causing the dryer to break. Not only did he lie to my landlord, they now want me to pay this exorbitant amount of over 205. It would be cheaper to buy a used dryer."
