"They recalled our gas range one day before thanksgiving because of incidents of carbon monoxide poisoning. Read that again. One day before thanksgiving. They currently have a recall for 30,000 units and it is 5 days before Christmas and I still have not been able to get hold of them for a refund or replacement — after submitting numerous emails and being on hold for hours. This company has nice looking products but they apparently are manufactured defectively and have horrible customer service. Stay away and go to a reputable company."
