"I never write reviews, this was awful . Hair in donuts , bland coffee , the food I got on the side taste like burnt plastic . I can’t even explain how disgusting it was. The whole experience has made me learn to never come back again !"

"Disinterested staff. Poor selection of items. Barely open. Closes at 2 PM some days and 5 PM other days. Seems like it is about to go out of business. Every tenant who takes this space follows this path of trying to operate it then ends up like this- barely open any hours. This space is cursed- it initially had a Wal Mart operated Radio Grill, then a tenant Blimpie, then a tenant Burger King, and now this tenant Dunkin. These Dunkin locations in Reno and Sparks (and the one that already went out of business in Carson City) are absolutely terrible representations of the Dunkin brand. Nothing like Dunkin back east in quality or selection of items."

"I ordered on the app for the damonte ranch location and the company happily took my money. I drive over to pick it up and it was closed. Another person walked in behind me and said the same thing to me as well. I emailed the company with the details and was told the local manager would contact me within 2 days. Guess what?? That never happened after 5 to 6 days. Now I'm emailing back and forth with corporate and it seems like this will be a struggle for a 7 dollar order."

"I saw the ad for Matcha latte and wanted to try. I made a special stop to this location on Damonte Ranch Pkwy and they had no Matcha whatsoever As they ran out. The associate informed me that they wouldn’t have any Matcha until next Monday! What’s the point of advertising when the stores don’t have any?! If there’s a corporate advertisement on Matcha the stores should plan ahead and order enough supplies to fulfill demands from customers so customers won’t be disappointed when they come in to purchase!"
