"Worst customer service in town. I was told 7-10 days to receive my order and then another week for delivery. Yeah, that was four weeks ago and still don't have it. I was then told I need to wait another 7-10 days. Had to reschedule the installation twice. There is literally zero communication unless you call and call. Save yourselves some grief and go buy at Cyzzs Appliances."

"Absolutely the worst customer service around. Their response time is terrible. They really only respond after multiple attempts of calling and emailing and only to give you excuses like; another representative was suppose to get back to you, or they were out of the office, or they thought they got back to you. I still have toilets that don’t work that I have the plunge on a daily basis because I hate dealing with them so much. Yes, I’d rather plunge toilets everyday than to deal with these people! The design is terrible and shouldn’t be sold because it doesn’t flush!! Who sells toilets that don’t flush? Ferguson plumbing does. I wish I never used them and you shouldn’t either if you value your time or money or want quality items."

"I'm a Western Nevada Supply supporter 110%. I have rarely been satisfied with my experience here. Cheap parts / service is not my idea of a good time. I'd rather hit Home depot for less money and the same brain dead service."
