"I’m impressed with the service I received from Anthony today. I’ve just begun the process of getting estimates to replace my furnace and Goettl was the first company to come out. Anthony was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. He gave me a few different options based on my budget and explained the differences with ease. If it wasn’t for my Grandfather’s rule of always get three estimates, I probably would have signed with Anthony on the spot. I do wish the company offered more finance options, though. Highly recommend goofy named company."

"Interesting company that recently moved into town from Arizona and southern Nevada. A bit of a corporate feel. Every time I tried to get ahold of the technician the day of, calls were always routed to a corporate call center. And some company policy restrictions seemed a bit out of my needs as a property manager customer. But the work was professional and done correctly. They fixed an issue of no water flowing to a refrigerator in a rental home. And on top of that they corrected a minor safety issue with the water heater. The guys were very friendly and courteous. I could have probably saved about $100 having a smaller local plumbing company perform the fix. All of the plumbing places that use per-project rather than hourly, tend to be pricier up front. But overall I am satisfied. It helped that they did the minor water heater taping fix, included in the project. I will likely do business with them, but not for every little plumbing issue."

"Great communication and easy appointment set up!! Arrived on time and was very professional. Great communication throughout the whole process and concise with every option thats available through Goettl.There was no hidden fees fyi.. Signing up for the maintenance program was a no brainer. Also was impressed with the cleanliness of the employee and respect he showed not only to us but our property. I will not hesitate to recommend Gottel if all the employees are as good as Dan was! "We were very pleased from start to finish with Goettl. They came out to the house within an hour after we called them on a Saturday about our furnace not working. Anthony was very thorough and professional. He explained all of our options and had a team out to our house on Monday morning. Jason and Miguel were able to do a little construction work on our attic access, install a new furnace and a new AC unit within a day and half. Jason and Miguel were very professional, kind and courteous! Highly recommended!!!"
