"Buyers beware!! This place doesn't refund your money if a product is defective. Unless is in new condition. I went to return 3 defective server trays with non flat surface. A big bump in the middle. We try them for a day only and the drinks spilled on the trays cause of uneven surface. One very rude service clerk there told me they don't return clearly defective items unless they are in new condition.he said, that's what you get for buying 17 dlls cheap trays. Completely ridiculous."

"I went there a couple of days ago,because i knew they had good products. But once i walked into the store they treated me like i going to steal something and every time i would walk down an aile they would just stare at me, and they were rude and sarcastic about everything, and like your other comments they were auguring with each other at the front counter, seriously this is how you run your business it wasn't professional at all, and how i was treated was terrible and there was no respect at all, i would rather order from amazon or another kitchen supplier."

"You know for a restaurant supply store it was pretty A-typical. Good prices on some stuff, watch what you pay for other stuff. If you know what your looking for research first. They had lots of equipment new and used. As well as hand tools for kitchen and front of house. Good assortment of uniform stuffs also. My only complaint is the unfriendly attitude towards new customers that aren't regulars. But other than that come here spend money. I will be back for sure"
