"I guess I have more patience than I thought. Finally couldn't take it any more. I canceled our water delivery after: called at 8:10 am the gal said why did you call we don't open until 8a my computer says it's not 8... first sign. Wouldn't take a card to put on file to charge monthly fee for delivery only wanted bank account info..2nd sign. Didn't deliver water tried calling for 2 days no answer.. 3rd sign. Changed our bank accounts gave her our new info she put it in incorrectly tried to charge us bank fees...4th sign. Over Thanksgiving & Christmas & nye never delivered water when I called she acted offended I would ask for the service we are paying for. Said we'll theirs 150 people wanting water happy new years...5th sign...cancelled service. Do not under any circumstances do busy with this outfit never experienced this lack of customer service & the complete disregard for providing what I am paying for on just a basic level of competence. Rude & incompetent from day 1. Went to their "office" in a small wearhouse place was covered in dirt & dust where they store water the bottles came to our house with dirt & mud on several occasions. Go to premium water!"

"Ordered Three 5 Gallon Jugs of water for the first time. Was told the delivery guy would come out the next day. He never showed, I never got a call back and now I can't get hold of anyone. I've decided to give Premium Waters Inc a try as they have way better google reviews and better deals when I called them! I'm very disappointed in the service from Culligan."
