"First off, I had to call at least three times to possibly try and set up a time for him to come out. He showed up a day earlier than the appointment. Then when I was explaining to him what I was looking to have done he not only talked down to me but was trying to explain how a heating system works. We have owned our home for 7 years and I know it’s quirks. Then told me it would be impossible to give a quote at all on the job. Not sure how you hire a company that won’t tell you on ballpark how much it would cost. I would jot recommend trying to contact this company for an estimate"
