When he finally understood what no meant he went and told his buddy how stupid I was while laughing. Both elk river locations are terrible. I will go elsewhere and share my terrible experience with everyone."

"I usually go to the Valvoline location in Buffalo. But I was closer to Elk River today. Very well staffed location. Friendly and helpful crew. No wait time, as all three bays were open. You can always find discount coupons online, which is a huge bonus. Jake helped me and he was wonderful. I highly recommend doing business with them."

Unfortunately, warning lights appeared, since vehicle acquisition, just yesterday, on another older model/high mileage car. "Waited outside to get oil change over a half hour. Watched a person waiting the same amount of time inside the garage. They did not approach me, to see what I needed. Told me to move my car once. Not greeting or questions. I’m not that dumb. I know how long an oil change takes. Just because of high prices. Does not mean a person should have to wait for a half an hour out of garage. Then half hour in garage to be attended to. There was one employee out on his phone. Another walking back and forth. Looked like he was moving backwards. If you want to waste time go there. If not. Don’t go there."
