"Best experience ever! Called last second on a Sunday for a tire mount (brought my own wheel/tire off of the car) Joe was so nice and welcoming! Plus, he completely didn’t need to take my work last minute on a Sunday but he welcomed it with open arms! He let my boyfriend and I hang out with him while he worked on it and figured out my weird Marketplace wheel happened to be reverse-mount which is why I was struggling to dismount it on my own — and he gave me advice as well. Plus, judging by his personal projects lurking around the shop, he seems like a classic Ford guy — which is an extra star in my book. I do all of my own work on my vehicles and get pretty territorial when putting my cars at the mercy of others — although this was just a tire, I’d completely trust him with alternative work if he offered it.
