"Pretty bad experience. Got insurance approval to replace our roof. Paid Tectum 10 bands in early September was told the work would start in 4 weeks. No communication for 2 months. Reached out and was told I was on the schedule for mid November. Apparently the roofers were behind schedule so they had to postpone. Never heard back so I reached out again and was told they'd have to do it next spring. We'll see about that I guess."
