"The mitigation crew was fast and knowledgeable. They kept following up and checking on the progress of the areas that needed to dry out. When a joist wasn't drying out fast enough, one guy (I forget his name, sorry, he was awesome!) spent a good deal of time creating a tunnel to concentrate the warm air in the space to dry it out faster. On the admin side, they were exceedingly patient regarding working with my slow insurance company to get them everything they needed to get payment from the claim. Super happy with this team and would for sure use again...but PLEASE, don't let anything happen to make me have to call you guys again!!"
