"Our garage door went off the tracks and really wreaked havoc on our tracks. We were able to get the door back on the tracks, but then we were stuck. We thought we were going to have to replace the whole door plus the tracks. Best and Fast responded to our email within an hour and was able to send somebody out the next day. Moshe met me at the garage right on time, took one look at the problem and diagnosed it on the spot. Somehow the spring had loosened, so it wasn't able to open the door. Within 20 minutes Moshe had solved our problem for a very reasonable cost. I couldn't have been happier with this quick fix, excellent communication, and conscientious service. I'll definitely be calling Best and Fast again when it's time to replace our service door."
