"I called ahead for a quote on a diagnostic, was given a solid number, then booked online and came in the next day. The facility was clean and it looked like a high quality place to bring a vehicle for repair. However.... After I pulled in I was told the quote I was given was incorrect and the actual cost could be at minimum twice as high but more likely 4 times higher... I politely expressed my disappointment and then drove off. I'll find a local body shop with honest prices next. I'm also teaching myself things as well."
