"Matt is awesome. Heat pump went out late one night I called Matt early morning and he had a Tech named Eddie come out before the time he stated with a heads up call. Eddie quickly diagnosed the issue a capacitor and had us up and running in about 15 min. I highly recommend this company. Fair and honest."

"From my 1 and ONLY call to Elk River Heating & Air (Jen) to my on-time appointment (Eddie).. my central air unit was up and running in no time! Elk River Heating & Air Conditioning is the only company I am going to use and/or refer. No one ever truly knows exactly what the issue may be, over the phone yet Jen said "It may be the capacitor" ... turns out it was! But more importantly, thank you for providing excellent customer service, a fix of what was broken and not trying to get me to sign up for a service plan or come up with MORE unnecessary items. "It takes a lot to get me to take the time to write a review. Here's the highlights. Great response time! Responded to an email on sent on Sunday night an hour after I sent it. Who does that? ...these guys Got me on the schedule immediately! I didn't think that would have been possible since we were in a heat wave you know they are busy. I checked their quote to repair the AC unit against others and they were around 12% less. Once the part arrived, they again squeezed me into their schedule to get it repaired. Other notable mentions was their Customer Service gal that helped with communications and scheduling as well as the tech that did the work.
