The whole Ungerman team, led by project manager Taylor Q. were amazing. Communication with them was immediate. The work was completed amazingly quickly given the widespread damage, and the Ungerman employees and their subcontractors for drywall and painting and electrical all did superb work — and they were all nice, friendly people, to boot! We couldn’t be happier with the speed, quality, attention to detail, and dedication of everybody involved. "Very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. I reached out to them to get a 2nd opinion on a small leak in a roof. As a general contractor, this wasn't a perfect fit for them (they do larger projects), but they still chatted with me to understand the problem and what potential solutions or next steps would be. Paul is a former insurance adjuster so he knows what's going to work for insurance and for you. He knows what the " Right thing to do" is and even taught me about the industry in general. I filled it s contact form during the holiday weekend and he called back the first business day they were back in the office. I wasn't able to answer my phone the first day, but he tried again the next day. Great follow up and customer service all around!"

"Oct. 24, called Ungerman and talked to Kayla, who was already familiar with my home. Also spoke with Leaf, there senior plumber, requesting them to repair a leaking pipe that runs to the septic tanks, which was leaking sewage water into my basement, and then providing restoration work. The carpet had already been removed by the septic co. and they had cleaned the basement. I ended up being in contact with 7 people from Ungerman: Kayla, Leaf, Darrell, Rick, Drew, Jose, & Don. Perhaps too many people involved, as there was a miscommunication in coordinating their plumber to come out; despite speaking with their plumber on Oct. 24, and being told he would be out around Nov. 8, I was now told it wouldn’t be till Nov. 20th.. almost a month later. So I had to frantically find a different plumber.. as the pipe was still leaking sewage into my basement, despite Rick from Mitigation agreeing it would have probably been best to stop the leak prior to trying to dry the area out. The people I spoke with were pleasant and professional, but unfortunately the miscommunications and delays made a very stressful situation even more frustrating. Kayla was trying to help, but there were miscommunications and she apologized. Rick from Mitigation seemed to do a good job despite the pipe still leaking while he was attempting to dry the area. Don provided a prompt estimate."

"We had a hail storm on our property 1 day after we had an accepted offer to sell it. Ungerman worked with us to submit a bid to our insurance to repair the damages which included roofing, siding, repairing our fences, etc. and completed the work extremely quickly. Due to their efforts they completed the work within a day of closing which significantly helped us to not lose our buyer nor have anything put in escrow. They were very easy to get a hold of, they had great communication, they performed quality work and included a warranty on the work, and they worked very quickly. "Ungerman construction was Great and did beautiful work! Our house was completely destroyed by a water pipe burst and they listened and rebuilt our home to better than before. I felt it took long but it was the entire home so 8 months was worth it. Bob our estimator was there for us the entire time, Rob our project manager was great and had wonderful ideas and Jim the carpenter who was here all the time does beautiful work , very friendly and hard working! Also a big shout out to Chris who helped Jim when needed he was great too! Would recommend them for sure."
