"Took my phone here to get fixed, wasn’t satisfied because of a finger print left inside the new camera lens, then they broke my screen trying to take my phone apart trying to get to the inside of the lens to clean it. I was dissatisfied with the service. Called and spoke to Josh the next day and he gladly agreed to give me a refund and they are willing to replace my screen for free. I feel like they did their part to make it right and I appreciate it. Good guys in there."

"I set up an appointment online for a Galaxy S8 screen replacement. Took about 90 minutes, looks good, and they threw in a battery replacement for half price. Better than any other price I could find. Would be five stars, but my fingerprint scanner doesn't work since the screen replacement. Still, the phone is more usable than before, at a much lower cost than getting a new one."

"Got a new battery for my Phone. They initially had some trouble finding the battery, and originally I had planned to pick it up after work but that didn't happen, as they seemed to of over booked the repair guy. Took a bit longer than expected, but happy it was still a same day job. They forewarned me about possibly needing a screen replacement as my battery is under the screen and it could break during the repair. Their repair guy is fantastic as he not only fixed my phone with it's battery issues, he did it without breaking the screen saving me money. Would recommend their service, just expect it to take some time as he's the only guy doing the repairs, he's great they just give him a lot to do."

"Avoid if you can. I’m super upset I decided to get my iPhone screen repaired here. I made an appointment online and they offered a deal where they said it would be half off to replace my battery if I was getting another service done there too. Since I was already getting my screen repaired, I thought to myself what a screaming deal! I was wrong. When I went in they told me it would take half an hour to a hour to complete. I came back in an hour and they said it would need more time. It took almost two hours for them to repair it all, but now my screen brightness and clarity is now about half of what it was before and my phone/the battery keeps on burning up, which never happened before. I asked about the brightness issue, and the half response I was given was that that happens whenever you fet your phone screen replaced. I was excited about coming here after reading the other positive reviews, but I wish someone would have told me to just splurge the extra money and bring it into Apple. Honestly, looking at my phone through the cracked screen is better than how it looks now. Also, contrary to the experience of others, I found the front staff to be condescending and a bit rude."
