"Don't waste your money! This business scammed me $750! They gave me their word that they were able to fix my vehicle. I made sure that they understood what needed to be done to fix my car, and they said that it would be no problem for them. After spending $100 to trailer my car to the shop and another $500 on the part that needed to be installed, I was already hesitant to have them fix my vehicle considering they charge a hefty $150/hr. Not to mention, the employees were treating me very poorly and trying to belittle me because I am an 18-year-old college student. After close to a week of my car sitting at the shop, I got a call from the emotionless man at the front desk telling me that they could not fix my car. He did not say anything else and started to raise his voice when I asked why. When I returned to the shop to see what was going on, he handed me my part and didn't say anything. No apology, no reimbursement, no feelings of empathy after I explained to him that I could not afford another trailer to bring it home—nothing. A few days later, I spent my entire Super Bowl Sunday and another $150 on a truck and trailer to bring the car home. To summarize, stay away from this shop; they do not care about you or your vehicle and are only interested in taking your money in the most efficient way possible."

"6am on a Saturday morning my car decided to unexpectedly stop on a highway ramp and wouldn’t go at all. This was where it was towed to. They were closed over the weekend, so Monday we called to check in and find out the diagnosis fee ($150/hr), and by the next day the issue was found. It was a pretty big, pricey issue. That Friday we drove down to see the issue and talk about price. They discounted our diagnosis fee and treated us fairly. We did not at all feel ripped off and the car was fixed quickly for such a big issue. They offer a great military discount as well that we were able to apply to the price. Now, the car even drives better than before the issue even happened, which we didn’t even notice how rough it was until it had been worked on. The mechanic put in extra time to get the job done, and we are extremely grateful and pleased with the entire process. We plan to return to this shop for any more of our car needs."

"I needed to replace my right tail light and had a 10:00am appointment, but I missed it due to an emergency. I arrived at the shop at 2:00pm, four hours after my appointment. Jacob greeted me and, despite not guaranteeing same-day service, he showed compassion and managed to fit me in. By 3:00pm, my car was finished, and I was grateful since I had been pulled over twice for the broken tail light. The shop is efficient, doesn't overpromise, and strives to accommodate customers. While waiting, I noticed the staff handling numerous calls and guests, yet Jacob remained calm and patient with everyone. It's the kind of shop you'd trust with your whole family."

"Jacob at Precision Tune was extremely helpful and friendly when working with me to get the best price possible for my sickly Ford Focus. They worked very quickly to replace the shocks/struts and motor mounts, and when an unexpected additional problem arose they worked with my budget and time to get me back on the road. highly recommend!"

"During a routine oil change at another local shop I was informed that I needed new tires, struts, and shocks. However, their quote was STEEP. I called around to a few different auto shops and Precision was by far the cheapest. I’d never used this shop before but given the amount of work needed and pricing, I decided to give them a chance. I’m so glad that I did. Not only did they give me the lowest quote out of four other shops, they also informed me that I needed new brakes too (which is correct as I’ve not replaced them on my car and it’s got 140k miles on it). The auto shop worker that completed the work on my car gave me over $300 in discounts AND even fixed something minor on the vehicle for FREE of charge. They were quick in getting to my car and I can definitely tell the difference after driving it! I’m usually fairly skeptical of auto shops and always confirm with my dad (who works at an auto shop a few states away), and even he couldn’t beat their pricing here!
