"I brought my car in for a repair early on a Friday and they had it finished and ready for me the next day. They were eager to serve me here and I didn't have to wait long. The person at the desk was very friendly and answered a number of questions I had about the repair. This is not the cheapest automotive service you can find, but they do email out occasional promotions and coupons. My experience with the loaner car was great. Arranging payment was easy, too."
"Work was PROMPTLY started on time after we arrived. Technician pointed out that a loose clamp was the source of a rattling noise. Technician also identified other upcoming needed services that are recommended by the manufacturer. Oil & filter change was completed in short time. We donated can foods & received a nice discount. The food goods are donated to Keystone Community to help feed others. Very thoughtful of Honest 1 to serve the community! We recommend Honest 1 to help care for your vehicle!"
"My fairly new k5 randomly overheated and was brought in last minute by a tow truck ! They didn’t hesitate to fit me in their busy schedule and make sure I was going to have a functioning car in a timely manner ! This shop was such a good experience I will definitely be returning in the future."
"I brought the car to honest 1Roseville because the ac light won’t turn on and there’s no air coming from the vents. Left the car there and after a couple of hours I got a called from the manager saying the ac climate control unit has to be replaced. ( $800 part plus labor) in addition to this, they charged me $200 just for the inspection. Plus if this does not fix the issue they will have to run another diagnose and charge me another $200 for the inspection. I would not recommend."
