"Bought a car from them and one week later it began to have issues. I took it to Midas and found I needed about 1000-3000 dollars worth of repairs. The guy that sold it to us told us everything was okay, and it only needed new tires. Definitely needing to spend more than I did for the car itself. My bf asked him about all the parts, even asked about replacements done. Again lied saying it was all okay and mostly had new replaced parts. The radio began making very loud static noises, now the car has left me stranded twice. I saw the 4 star reviews and trusted this place. If we had the money to sue we would, unfortunately we have to spend it all on the car you guys lied to us about."
"I've been bringing a Durango and Altima here for years. Always professional and trustworthy. I've never had any issues and they are very reasonably priced."
"Brought my 2010 jeep compass in after the check engine light had come on andit ended up dying on me at a stoplight down the street... Other places I had called (on Wednesday mid morning,) had said earliest availability was Monday of following week, they got me worked on the following morning (Thursday) and I picked it up by Friday afternoon . The problem ended up being a sensor (so far at least,) that had gone bad and the price for labor and parts was beyond reasonable and super fair. Also was asked a bunch of questions during the process that seemed invested in finding the actual issue since it didn’t end up doing anything “funky” for them while in their possession. I will say their voicemail in the shop is full and sometimes it’s a little hard to get ahold of somebody, however if you try a couple of times and give a few minutes between they’re great as far as speaking with via phone. Great experience overall and will be calling again should anything else happen to pop up!"
"This place will ruin you car. I went there to fix my breaks and change oil to my car. They break the oil stick and had check engine light on. Also, ABS light came on. They didn't take responsibility although these lights came on after they took the car in. They weren't on before I gave them my car. Save your money and go somewhere else."
"Terrible work, leaves oil low so you have to come back after an oil change. They didn't secure my oil coolant line and it rubbed and started leaking, they couldn't even seal the connection to my engine. That caused my oil pressure to go low and clog the screen going to my oil pressure sensor with service engine light. He then ignores my calls and doesn't honor his work. I have to drive in just to talk to him about it. HEADACHE! You get what you pay for."
