"Car was fine. Customer service was lousy and unprofessional. Waited in an unstaffed office for half an hour to pick up my reserved car. Waited another half hour in same unstaffed office to drop off. Door open. OPEN sign in window. No one in office accept for a camera. Sketchy and unprofessional."

"I rented a 2021 kicks. I had reserved another car but it was rented by the Time I got there, unfortunately he don’t have a huge selection of cars to rent. Used them once before and had a great experience, this last time, I return the car after getting it professionally cleaned because when I receive the car it was not clean from the previous renter. 4 days after I return the vehicle that seemed to have transmission problems I get charged a fee. This man a joke. I recommend making this place the last option if possible due to my last experience. Now my attorney involved cause he went into my account without Authorization."
