"Visited on a Saturday. This is our second time here. As it was last time, when not in the water, it is freezing until you dry off some. The snack bar closed down for about 2 hours with a sign saying they were in the middle of shift change and they'll be back. They ran out of towels and I ended up going to the hotel front desk and got towels from there. Staff attitudes were not the most friendly either in the waterpark. When the snack bar finally did open, the gal at the register barely said anything to us other than our total. My 4 kids seemed to enjoy themselves but I was less than happy with this visit. Not sure I'd pay the money to come back again."
"They have done a really good job cleaning up. Have a bit more work to do to get it cleaned up. Wish the workers had been a bit more friendly. Overall good times had by all!"
"We just recently visited the water park and I have to say, wow way to go on the updates so far!! It's beautiful and clean! Very nice blue you got there!!"
"My daughter and I did a mini getaway to the resort. It was fun. We went swimming in their indoor water park, took a walk around the resort at night and played on their playground which was located at the back. In the morning we also ate some breakfast in their restaurant. It was a buffet and the view made it better. Definitely coming back. I was brought here as a child, so it was bittersweet bringing my own daughter here as well!"
"For the price they charge, plus additional payment for water park wrist bands, this place isn’t worth it. Water is cold, temperature overall is cold, once out of the water, it’s chilly. It’s old, areas around are nasty with trash, not really clean especially in non used areas. What we like here is being easy with the rules - everyone is in hot tub, kids in life vests can ride slides in one tube with parents. It’s pretty crowded on weekends so you need to wait for tubes. It has 2 body slides and 1 tube slide, lazy River, lily pads, playground and hot tub."
